I want a proven LinkedIn specialist to drive new referral partnerships for our mortgage brokerage over a 90-day pilot. Accountants and real estate agents in our local market are the sole focus, and the hook is our fast-response promise—so every touch point has to underline speed, reliability and full ASIC/NCCP compliance (no guarantees or unsubstantiated claims).
The priority is clear: increase referral partnerships. To make that happen you will own the entire LinkedIn growth engine, from Sales Navigator targeting right through to monthly KPI reports. My biggest gap right now is a consistent, value-led content calendar, so expect to dedicate real thinking time to planning and scheduling three to four posts each week that speak directly to finance-savvy professionals.
Scope of work
• Configure Sales Navigator, build laser-focused lead lists and saved searches
• Optimise my personal profile and the company page around social-selling best practice
• Plan and schedule a 3–4 × weekly content calendar (native posts, articles, polls or short-form video)
• Craft compliant, personalised connection and follow-up sequences that highlight our fast response promise
• Track and report performance each month against agreed KPIs—connection rate, conversation rate, meetings booked and referrals secured
- Create relevant ads
Success for me looks like a measurable uplift in qualified referral conversations, not vanity metrics.
What to include in your proposal
• Relevant experience growing B2B audiences on LinkedIn—finance or professional services examples preferred
• Concise case studies showing before-and-after results
• Your day rate and estimated time allocation for the 90-day engagement
If you know your way around LinkedIn, understand the nuances of advertising under ASIC/NCCP and can demonstrate real partnership wins, I’d love to review your plan.
