LinkedIn Outreach Virtual Assistant

I need support with the day-to-day outreach on my LinkedIn profile. Your focus will be very specific: find business owners and founders who fit my ideal client profile, then reach out and start meaningful conversations that can grow into long-term professional relationships.

Here’s what the role looks like. Each day you will:
• Source a set number of new prospects that match the criteria I provide.
• Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages aimed at sparking genuine dialogue rather than a hard pitch.
• Keep a simple tracker of who was contacted, how they responded, and any next steps so I can easily jump in when needed.

I will supply guidance on tone, search filters, and the types of founders I’m interested in; you bring the consistency, LinkedIn know-how, and an eye for quality connections. All communication must stay within LinkedIn’s limits and best practices to protect the account.

Deliverables will be accepted when:
1. A mutually agreed number of qualified founders are added to the tracker each week.
2. Messaging sequences are personalized (no generic copy-paste blasts).
3. Response metrics and notes are updated in the tracker by the end of each working day.

If you’re experienced with LinkedIn outreach tools, great—just note them when you respond. Otherwise, a solid working knowledge of native LinkedIn search and messaging is enough.
