My LinkedIn email sequences are running weekly and I already export all raw delivery data from Sales Navigator and my ESP. What I need now is a clear, numbers-driven view of how each send is performing so I can push open rates higher.
The work centres on data analysis and reporting—no copywriting or campaign setup is required. You will take the CSV exports I provide, structure them, and run performance-metrics analysis focused on open-rate behaviour. That means highlighting trends by subject line, send time, audience segment, and cadence, then turning those insights into a compact report I can act on immediately.
Deliverables
• A cleaned, well-labeled data set (Excel or Google Sheets)
• A visual dashboard or slide deck that tracks core metrics with an emphasis on open rates
• Written recommendations prioritised by impact and ease of implementation
Acceptance criteria: figures must reconcile with the raw exports, insights must be tied to specific data points, and recommendations must state the expected lift in openings where possible.
Tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI are all acceptable as long as the final files are shareable and easy for a non-analyst to refresh.
I plan to repeat this analysis monthly, so a streamlined template approach is preferred.
