LinkedIn Ads Funnel For Investors

The freelancer turns my LinkedIn into a steady stream of high-quality investor leads for my Saudi Luxury Villa project. The landing page is already live at https://saudi-luxury-villa.netlify.app, so this job is about driving traffic that converts and then nurturing each enquiry with immediate, value-packed follow-ups.

The objective is clear: Generate qualified investor leads who book a Zoom call and move toward purchase. Here’s how the work breaks down:

• Campaign blueprint – audience definition, bidding strategy, daily spend and KPIs, all inside LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Ad creation – scroll-stopping copy and visuals aligned with the villa’s premium positioning.
• Launch & optimisation – continuous split testing, Insight Tag tracking and retargeting to keep cost per lead on target.
• Email automation – each form submission triggers a personalised email containing my Zoom link, followed by a short nurture sequence to maintain momentum.
• Reporting – concise weekly updates on lead volume, CPL and next steps.

Acceptance criteria
1. At least 30 qualified investor leads within the first four weeks.
2. Cost-per-lead agreed pre-launch and achieved in weekly reports.
3. End-to-end automation proven

Preferred tools include LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Insight Tag, Zapier/Make (or similar) for email/Zoom integration, plus Google Analytics for additional tracking. Ownership stays in my accounts for full transparency.

Once everything is wired up, we can flip the switch and start welcoming new investors.
