Lingerie Boutique Merchandising Refresh

My new lingerie boutique is open but the product floor still feels unfinished, and I want it fixed fast. I need a fresh set of eyes to re-arrange racks, tables, and focal fixtures so every bra, brief tells a clear style story and sells itself. The priority is the product displays and the overall layout inside the store; windows and fitting rooms can wait.

You’ll walk me through an efficient customer flow, create focal points for key collections, and translate those ideas into a simple planogram or annotated sketch I can hand straight to my team. Mood boards and quick 3-D mock-ups are welcome if they speed decision-making, but I mainly care about a practical, print-ready layout I can implement immediately.
