I have just wrapped a commercial-industrial photo shoot and need a Lightroom Classic specialist to polish roughly 315 RAW files. Every frame requires balanced exposure and white-balance, thoughtful highlight and shadow recovery, lens-profile corrections, gentle straightening or crop, and a touch of contrast that keeps the look clean and natural—never HDR or wedding-preset stylised. Skin should read true to life, while machinery and factory colours must stay faithful to what we saw on site.

To keep my workflow non-destructive I must receive either XMP sidecar files or an edited Lightroom Classic catalog that points to the original RAWs; JPEGs alone won’t do. Before committing the full batch I’ll provide three representative files (people, machinery and a wide factory scene) for a quick paid test so we can confirm we’re in sync.

My timeline is tight—2 to 3 days for the entire set—and I have set aside A$60–100 for the job, so smart syncing is welcome as long as you still eye-check each shot.

Deliverables
• Three test RAWs corrected for approval
• XMP sidecars or a .lrcat with adjustments applied to all 315 images

If you can meet the pace while keeping the edits subtle and professional, let’s get started—send me your Lightroom Classic catalog settings or workflow notes and I’ll forward the download link to the samples.
