Lighting Design – 3 Homes in Kerala & Tamil Nadu

Three residential projects (1,500 + 2,300 + 1,500 sq ft) located in Kerala, Tirunelveli and Valliyur (Tamil Nadu). Remote work only, no site visit needed.

For every house I need a complete, room-by-room lighting layout delivered both in PDF and editable DWG, DIALux-based lux calculations for the main spaces, a fixture schedule featuring readily available Indian brands with full specifications, clear switch grouping, and 3D views generated inside DIALux. Two revision rounds are part of the brief; photorealistic renders can be quoted as an optional extra.

We will begin with House A as the first milestone. You will receive a floor plan that already shows room sizes, furniture layout and ceiling heights, but no reflected ceiling plan. The design direction is a warm, layered scheme: 3000 K for living areas and bedrooms, 4000 K for the kitchen, with subtle accent highlights in the living and dining zones. For House A please run detailed lux calculations in DIALux for the living room, dining, kitchen and all bedrooms; bathrooms and balconies only require a layout without calculations.

• your fee per house and equivalent rate per square foot
• the timeframe you need for one house from kickoff to final files
• confirmation that two revisions, the editable DWG and the native DIALux files are included

If the first house meets expectations, the remaining two will follow immediately and future residential work will be offered at the same per-sq-ft rate.

To help me assess fit, please attach two or three residential lighting samples along with one sample DIALux report that shows both the calculation summary and a rendered view.
