YouTube Editor Wanted – Funny Lifestyle/Vlog Videos

I’m looking for an editor for my YouTube channel. My finished videos are usually 5–10 minutes long.

My content follows my real life at 17 — college, GCSE Maths & English resits, job hunting, cooking, trying new things and figuring out adulthood.

I want the videos to feel funny, entertaining and personality-led, not like a perfectly polished aesthetic vlog.

Editing style I want:

* Funny meme/video inserts at the right moments
* Reaction memes
* Funny zoom-ins on my face
* Freeze frames
* Replays when something funny happens
* Sound effects
* Occasional subtitles/text for funny things I say
* B-roll over me talking
* Music that changes depending on the mood
* Awkward silence used for comedy
* Quick cuts when appropriate
* Visual hooks during longer talking sections
* Occasional screenshots/images appearing on screen

I DON’T want: constant subtitles, excessive effects, or every second edited like TikTok. I still want it to feel like a proper YouTube vlog.

I want the editor to have some creative freedom — if I say or do something funny, I want you to recognise it and make the moment even funnier.

Budget: £15–£30 per 5–10 minute finished video.

This could become regular work if we work well together.
