Mushtaq, I’d like you to create a fresh website that presents my life-sciences business-development consulting practice with clarity and authority, while driving a steady flow of qualified enquiries.

Scope and structure
• Five core pages: a succinct Home/Landing page, a detailed Services section, a deal sheet with examples and a summary, an Insights section with licensing guidance and personal negotiating war stories and a Contact page.

• Clean, professional design aligned with biotech and pharma standards; colour palette and typography should project credibility yet remain modern.
• Responsive build optimised for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Basic on-page SEO for the main keywords we will supply.

1. All five sections live, linked from a clear top-navigation menu.
2. Contact form successfully sends to my inbox and records in the site database.
