Life Gamification Prototype Ideas

I’m looking for an expert game designer to create concise, well-described game ideas that turn my everyday life into a game. The games should motivate me to complete work and professional tasks, resist temptations like youtube, and nudge me toward daily healthy habits.

The problem with current life gamification apps like Habitica is there's no choices or way to lose.

What I want:
• 2-4+ focused prototype ideas presented in a short design doc or slide deck.
• For each game idea, outline the core loop, win/lose states, progression model, and how real-world tasks map to in-game actions.
• Explain the psychology, why the game mechanic would be fun and motivating
• Keep scopes small enough that a junior solo developer could build a first prototype version in weeks or less

(Example games I like slay the spire, chess, vampire survivors. Categories I also like: idle games. Power fantasy games.)

In your application give evidence for you being an expert at game design and say how many simple game ideas you can develop for the budget.
