I am looking for someone to help me launch a simple professional life coaching business.
I do not want an overly complicated website or a huge business plan. I want to get the business launched quickly and start getting my first paying clients.
Here is what I need:
1. Build a clean, professional, mobile friendly website.
2. Create a homepage that clearly explains who I help, what I help with, and why someone should work with me.
3. Create an About page and help me write a professional coaching bio.
4. Create a Services page. My starting price will be $60 for a 60 minute coaching session.
5. Set up online scheduling so clients can see my available time blocks and book an appointment.
6. I need to be able to control my availability myself and change my available times whenever I want.
7. Once someone books a time, that time should no longer be available to another client.
8. Set up online payment so clients can pay when they book.
9. Set up automatic appointment confirmations and reminders.
10. Integrate Zoom or Google Meet so clients can easily attend their appointment.
11. Add a contact or messaging form so potential clients can contact me before booking.
12. Create a simple client intake form that asks what they want help with and what they hope to accomplish.
13. Include appropriate language explaining that this is life coaching and not therapy or emergency mental health treatment.
14. Help me create a FAQ section.
15. Help me create profiles or basic marketing materials that I can use to start finding clients.
16. Help me identify realistic places where I can find people who are actively looking for life coaching.
17. Create several social media posts and outreach messages that I can use to introduce my coaching services without sounding spammy.
My coaching will focus on helping people who feel stuck and want to make meaningful changes in their lives. Areas may include life transitions, accountability, follow through, boundaries, relationships, codependency, confidence, decision making, organization, and taking action.
I have professional experience working with people in behavioral health settings and was particularly good at building rapport, listening to people, identifying what people needed, and helping them take their next step.
I want to use existing affordable platforms and integrations rather than custom software whenever possible.
I am looking for someone who can help me actually launch this rather than spending weeks making unnecessary features.
