Licensing Proprietary Legacy COBOL Enterprise Codebases (Banking, Insurance, Airlines, ERP)

We are an enterprise AI engineering initiative seeking to commercially license EXISTING, human-authored proprietary COBOL legacy codebases (scaling between 500k to 1M+ Lines of Code) for enterprise code modernization and AI benchmarking.

Target Industry Domains:
• Core Banking & Financial Services
• Insurance & Healthcare Claims
• Airlines & Logistics Systems
• Enterprise ERP, Payroll & Accounting Suites

Mandatory Criteria:
1. Existing Legacy Asset: We strictly require an EXISTING, operational or retired enterprise repository. We DO NOT accept newly developed code from scratch, tutorials, or academic exercises.
2. Provenance & Authenticity: 100% authentic human-authored legacy software with verifiable version/commit history.
3. Clean IP & Compliance: Strictly clean of open-source copyleft licenses (zero GPL/MIT/Apache contamination) and free of active employer NDAs.
4. Verification Workflow: We provide a lightweight, automated local verification utility for you to run locally against your repository. It extracts an automated compliance report (verifying line counts, language mix, and commit timeline) without exposing your raw source code upfront.
5. Commercial Terms: Immediate milestone funding and payout upon verified audit report and standard commercial IP licensing agreement.
