Licensed GC for Independence TI

This commercial tenant-improvement project (approx. 1,000–5,000 sq ft) in Independence, Missouri, is already fully designed and will be built by separate trades. I simply need a qualified general contractor to act as the permit holder and ensure the work stays in full compliance with city requirements.

You will:
• Pull and post the building permit under your Class A or B builder’s license and active Independence business license.
• Liaise with the city during plan review, address any comments, and schedule required inspections.
• Provide periodic site visits to confirm code compliance and document progress for the permit record.
• Attend the final walk-through and secure the certificate of completion.

No on-site labor, material purchasing, or crew management is expected—just professional permitting and compliance oversight.
