Licensed China Customs Broker Needed

I’m preparing a shipment of machinery and parts for export from China and need a licensed customs broker to take charge of the full export-side formalities. Your main tasks will be to clear the goods through Chinese customs and prepare every piece of documentation required for a smooth, on-schedule departure.

The goods fall under standard regulations—no special safety or environmental certifications are expected beyond the usual Chinese export procedures—so I’m looking for someone who already knows the routine inside out, from HS code verification to submitting the export declaration on the China International Trade Single Window.

Deliverables
• Completed customs documentation for the shipment (declaration forms, packing list, commercial invoice, and any additional forms the local office may request)
• Confirmation of correct HS codes and any applicable export control checks
• Proof of successful clearance with release note or digital acknowledgement from customs

There are lengthy processes that require speaking with factories and obtaining information.

If you have recent experience moving similar industrial equipment and can commit to quick, precise filing, let’s get started right away.
