I am in the middle of accruing the supervised hours that Pennsylvania requires for the Licensed Behavior Specialist credential and need a Pennsylvania-licensed Behavior Specialist who can provide regular, one-to-one supervision. All of my direct client work happens in home and community-based settings, so your guidance must reflect the realities of those environments—parent coaching, natural-environment teaching, safety planning, and data collection on the fly.
Here is what I am hoping we can establish together:
• Weekly individual supervision meetings (virtual via HIPAA-compliant video or, when practical, in person) that cover case consultation, treatment-plan review, and ethical decision making.
• Timely completion of any documentation Pennsylvania requires to verify my hours and the content of each meeting.
• Availability by email or phone between sessions for brief check-ins regarding urgent clinical questions.
You must currently hold an active Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License and be eligible under state regulations to supervise LBS candidates. Experience with home-based ABA or positive behavior support is strongly preferred so our discussions stay directly relevant to my day-to-day work.
If this sounds like a match, please tell me about your supervision approach, the platforms you like to use for virtual meetings and secure document exchange, and your typical turnaround time for signing off on hours. I’m ready to begin right away and will adapt my schedule to make supervision seamless for both of us.
