License Plate Image Recovery - Amped FIVE

Title:
Recover a Clear License Plate Image from Video — Amped FIVE Expert Needed

Description:
I am looking for an individual freelancer experienced in Amped FIVE to extract and enhance a vehicle’s license plate from my video.

I only need a clear image of the license plate with readable characters. No edited video or formal report is required.

Requirements:
• Review the original video first and assess whether the plate can realistically be recovered.
• Use details present in the footage. Do not guess, redraw, or generate plate characters with AI.
• If any characters remain uncertain, clearly say so.
• Keep the video private and do not publish or reuse it.

Deliverable:
One or more clear, enhanced license plate images in PNG format.

Please include:
• Your experience with Amped FIVE and similar work.
• Relevant before-and-after examples.
• Your price and delivery time.
• Any assessment fee and charges if the plate cannot be recovered.

I will share the original video privately with shortlisted freelancers. Please assess the footage before promising a readable result.
