Letter Formatting with Mail Merge

I have a batch of business letters that must look polished and consistent in Microsoft Word. Each letter needs clear, well-aligned tables or simple charts embedded in the body, and a fully working mail-merge setup that pulls recipient data from an Excel sheet.
Here is what I expect at the end:
• A reusable Word template styled for formal letters (English and Hindi text will appear, so keep fonts and spacing bilingual-friendly).
• Tables or charts formatted to match the template’s style, without breaking alignment when the data changes.
• Mail-merge fields correctly mapped to my Excel list so I can generate all letters with one click.
• Clean, error-free files returned in both .docx and PDF, ready to print or email.
You are free to streamline the workflow however you like—shortcuts, macros, advanced Word features—so long as the final documents open flawlessly on a standard Office 365 installation. Once I test the merge on my side and confirm everything renders correctly in English and Hindi, the project is complete.
