LEGO SPIKE Prime Execution Support

My LEGO SPIKE Prime robot is already assembled and the full program is written, yet when I upload and launch it the machine simply does not respond the way it should. I need someone who knows the SPIKE Prime environment inside out to step in right away, look over my setup, and get the existing code running properly on the physical robot.
The top priority is running and executing the code; the main symptom is that the robot is not responding correctly once the program starts. Within the next 2–3 days I’d like you to:
• Connect remotely (or on-site if you are nearby) to watch real-time test runs.
• Walk me through correct firmware, project, and hub settings so the program deploys cleanly.
• Calibrate motors, sensors, and positioning so the robot’s movements match the script.
• Identify and fix any issues in the current blocks / Python snippets that prevent accurate execution.
• Verify, through repeated tests, that each required task is completed consistently without surprise behaviors.
We can screen-share through the LEGO Education SPIKE app, use video for live bench tests, and iterate quickly until the robot performs flawlessly. If minor code tweaks are needed, you will explain the adjustments so I understand what changed.
Please reply only if you have hands-on experience troubleshooting real SPIKE Prime builds and can start immediately—our window is tight.
