We are looking for a legal professional to support the structuring and setup of a real-estate equity tokenization framework.
Scope includes:
* Advising on the most suitable jurisdiction and legal structure
* Formation and registration of the required company/SPV or investment vehicle
* Structuring the legal rights represented by the tokenized equity
* Preparing the required corporate and issuance documentation
We are looking for someone who can provide both legal advice and hands-on implementation of the structure.
