I need a paralegal professional in Hongkong to act on behalf of our group of flat owners and make the management committee of our Incorporated Owners comply with a specific relevant piece of building-management legislation and 2 specific clauses of the Deed of Mutual Covenants.
Key objectives
• Review, edit, and issue a formal letter reminding the committee of its statutory duty to invite competitive tenders, then convene a general meeting so owners can vote on the bids.
