Legal PDF Translation Needed

I have a set of legal PDFs—mainly contracts and policy documents—that must be rendered into another language with absolute accuracy. The objective is to let the target readers understand every clause clearly, so precision in terminology is more important than persuasive style.
Because I have not fixed the language pair yet, please tell me which languages you work with and show evidence of past legal translation work. A CAT-tool workflow such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or similar is welcome if it helps maintain consistency across headings, numbered clauses, footnotes, and tables.
