Legal Document Preparation and Delivery Specialist

I occasionally generate lengthy legal documents—wills, trusts, closing packets and similar files—and need a reliable partner who can turn my digital PDFs into professional hard-copy binders. Each job is a single binder, but the page counts can be high. You’ll handle the whole process: high-quality laser printing (simplex or duplex as specified), three-hole punching, inserting the pages into sturdy 3-ring binders, adding cover sheets/spine labels when provided, then delivering the finished binders to my office by the agreed deadline.

I will provide the binders.

Print accuracy and presentation matter. I expect crisp text, correct page order, no smudges, and binders assembled so they lie flat and are easy to flip through during client meetings. When you drop them off, please collect my sign-off that everything is complete.

From time to time I will also ask you to witness signatures on wills, trusts, and other legal instruments. This is strictly witnessing—no notary stamp required—so you’ll need to bring valid photo ID and be willing to sign in the presence of the client and me.

Turnaround is typically 24–48 hours once I send the files. If you have a well-maintained high-volume printer, and hole-punch, and you’re comfortable coming to my office on short notice to hand-deliver or witness, let’s connect so we can keep my document workflows running smoothly.
