Legal Counsel for HealthTech SaaS Launch

**Seeking Legal Counsel Specialized in Technology, SaaS, and Data Privacy in Mexico**

Looking for an independent legal professional or law firm with experience supporting technology companies and startups to help us develop the legal documentation required for the commercial launch of a SaaS platform serving the healthcare industry in Mexico.

**Project Scope:**
- SaaS Service Agreements.
- Platform Terms and Conditions.
- Privacy Notices and Personal and Health Data Protection Agreements.
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Confidentiality Policies.
- Identification of applicable regulatory requirements and additional legal documentation.

**Required Qualifications:** Proven experience in technology law, commercial contracts, data privacy, and Mexican legislation. Previous experience working with startups, SaaS platforms, and HealthTech solutions is highly desirable.

**Engagement Type:** Project-based contract, with the possibility of a long-term collaboration.
