* Is a Saudi-qualified lawyer or legal consultant, or has substantial experience drafting contracts used in Saudi Arabia.
* Has experience with equipment sales, leasing, maintenance, machinery, or B2B commercial contracts.
* Understands Saudi commercial practices and contract requirements.
* Can provide examples of similar work, with confidential information removed.
