Lecture & Study Notes Transcription

I need my printed lecture and study notes turned into a clean, editable Word document. Every bit of text must be typed exactly as on the page, preserving headings, sub-headings, bullet points, equations, and any emphasis.

Throughout the notes you’ll find several diagrams and images. Each one has to be rebuilt digitally—no scanning or screenshotting—so the final artwork remains editable. Use the tool you know best (Word drawing tools, PowerPoint, Visio, Illustrator, or similar) as long as the finished diagrams sit neatly in the Word file and scale without distortion.

Deliverables
• One .docx file containing the fully transcribed text with the recreated diagrams placed where they appear in the originals.
• Source files for every diagram you rebuild (.pptx, .vsdx, .ai, .svg, etc.) so I can tweak them later if needed.

Keep the page layout close to the original printout for easy cross-reference. Accuracy comes first, but an initial draft within a few days would be ideal; we can finalise the schedule once you’ve seen the material. All pages will be shared on project start and should remain confidential.
