Lecture Audio Transcription Specialists

I have a steady stream of lecture-style audio recordings—each one runs well over an hour—that must be turned into polished, error-free text on a tight schedule. Every file is in English and contains a single speaker with occasional audience questions, so clear paragraphing and speaker labeling are important.

You will receive the audio in MP3 along with a simple style guide that covers formatting, preferred spellings, and how to mark inaudible sections. Accuracy is paramount: I run random spot-checks against the original audio, and transcripts that drift from the spoken word or miss key technical terms will be sent back for revision.

Deliverables for each file
• A Microsoft Word (or Google Docs) transcript, spell-checked and formatted to the guide
• Basic timestamps at five-minute intervals
• A short note flagging any unclear portions or specialised terminology you were unsure about

Acceptance criteria
The transcript must reach 98 % accuracy by my count, follow the provided style sheet exactly, and be returned by the agreed deadline. Consistent performance will lead to additional weekly batches of lectures.
