# LearnWorlds Expert Needed – Landing Page & Complete Training Platform Setup

We are launching **QCON Global Training**, an online technical training platform specialising in Construction Materials Testing (CMT), laboratory, concrete, quarry, precast and civil construction training.

We are looking for an experienced **LearnWorlds specialist with strong landing-page/design skills** to professionally set up our existing LearnWorlds platform and make it ready for our first paying learners.

## What We Already Have

* Active LearnWorlds account
* QCON Global logo and branding
* Domain
* Brand colours and visual direction
* Courses being developed in Articulate 360
* SCORM course packages
* Course descriptions/content
* Course imagery
* Landing-page concepts and examples

**We are not looking for course-content development.**

## 1. QCON Global Training Landing Page

Design and build a professional landing page directly inside LearnWorlds.

The design should feel:

**Modern | Professional | Technical | Industrial | Premium | International**

Our primary colours are:

**Black | Yellow | White | Grey**

The landing page should include:

* Strong hero section
* Courses/training section
* Who We Train
* Why QCON
* How Training Works
* About QCON
* International/global presence
* Testimonials section (initially reusable/placeholder)
* FAQ
* Contact
* Professional header/footer/navigation
* Clear calls to action
* Mobile/tablet/desktop optimisation

The course area must be easy for QCON to update as additional courses are released.

## 2. Domain Setup

Assist with connecting:

**training.qconglobal.com**

to our LearnWorlds platform while keeping our main QCON domain available for the broader QCON Global business.

## 3. Complete Learner Setup

Configure LearnWorlds so a brand-new learner can:

**Visit Landing Page → Select Course → Register → Pay → Automatically Enrol → Access Course → Complete Training → Receive Certificate**

This includes configuration of:

* Learner registration/login
* Course access
* Course pricing
* Checkout/payment integration
* Automatic enrolment after purchase
* Learner dashboard
* Progress/completion tracking
* Basic learner communications
* Certificate issuance

We also need the ability for QCON administrators to **manually create/enrol learners** where required.

## 4. Initial Course Configuration

We will supply our Articulate 360 / SCORM course packages.

Assist with configuring our initial courses, including:

* Course information/images
* SCORM upload/configuration
* Access and pricing
* Publishing settings
* Completion settings
* Learner experience

**The freelancer is not required to create the actual course content.**

## 5. QCON Certificate

Create/configure **one professional reusable QCON Global Training Certificate of Completion** that can be used across applicable courses.

We should be able to easily assign/edit the certificate for future courses ourselves.

## 6. Full Learner Journey Testing

This is an important completion requirement.

Before final handover, the platform must be tested as a completely new learner:

**Landing Page → Course → New Account → Checkout/Test Payment → Automatic Enrolment → Course Access → Completion → Certificate**

We will also independently test this process before approving final completion.

## 7. Admin Handover

We want to be able to manage LearnWorlds ourselves after the project is complete.

The freelancer must provide a simple **QCON LearnWorlds Handover/Admin Guide** (PDF or Word) with screenshots where useful.

It should cover the main ongoing tasks including:

* Adding/editing courses
* Uploading/replacing SCORM packages
* Publishing courses
* Changing pricing/access
* Adding courses to the landing page
* Editing landing-page content
* Managing learners
* Manually enrolling learners
* Checking learner progress/completion
* Managing certificates
* Managing basic checkout/payment settings
* Coupons/discounts
* Editing navigation
* Testing as a learner
* Basic troubleshooting

We would also like a short **screen-recorded handover/walkthrough** of the completed setup.

## 8. Future Expansion

QCON Global Training will eventually include private training/client portals for individual laboratories and company clients.

**Client portals are NOT required as part of this project.**

However, the website/navigation should be structured so that a future **Client Login / For Organisations** pathway can be added without requiring a major redesign.

We also plan to expand our course offering and international presence over time.

## Not Required

This project does **not** currently include:

* Course-content development
* Articulate course creation
* SCORM creation
* Custom LMS/software development
* Client portals
* Corporate training pages
* Separate country websites
* QCON CMS development

## Freelancer Requirements

**Hands-on LearnWorlds experience is essential.**

When applying, please provide:

1. Examples of LearnWorlds websites/landing pages you have personally built.
2. Brief details of your LearnWorlds experience.
3. Experience with LearnWorlds payments, enrolments and certificates.
4. Experience with Articulate/SCORM in LearnWorlds.
5. Your fixed price.
6. Estimated completion time.
7. Confirmation that the written handover guide and screen-recorded walkthrough are included.

**Generic WordPress/web-development proposals without demonstrated LearnWorlds experience will not be prioritised.**

## Budget

**AUD $400–$700 fixed price**

We may consider a higher proposal for someone with exceptional LearnWorlds experience and a strong design portfolio.

There is potential for **ongoing work with QCON Global Training** as the platform and course catalogue expand.
