Hi,
I’m looking for a designer to create four coordinated print products for CHC Lee, a multidisciplinary health and wellbeing centre in Lee Green, London:
1. Business cards.
2. Appointment cards.
3. A general practice leaflet: A4 folded once to A5.
4. A separate double-sided leaflet promoting our Lee Green Open Studios event, mini taster treatments and discount.
Please provide an itemised quote and a package price.
About the centre and the design
We offer healthcare, talking therapies, wellbeing treatments and movement classes under one roof. The design needs to communicate this range clearly without overwhelming readers.
I want attractive, contemporary materials that people notice and want to pick up, with strong photography, clear navigation and comfortable reading sizes. They should feel welcoming and professionally credible.
Please avoid dense paragraphs, tiny text, generic spa imagery and layouts resembling an information sheet. Use relatable imagery representing care, human connection and approachable movement.
The four products should share a consistent identity, with layouts appropriate to their different purposes. I welcome your creative input on composition, typography, photography and paper stock.
Brand assets
I can supply our logo, photographs and existing materials.
• Teal: #479EA0
• Accent: #639FAB
• Burgundy: #7A153F
• Dark text: #222222
• White: #FFFFFF

Service-selection guide: https://chc-lee.co.uk/what-should-i-book/
1. Business cards
General practice cards for CHC Lee
Suggested size: 85 × 55 mm, double-sided.
Include:
• Logo and full centre name.
• Descriptor:
• Telephone, email, website and address.
• Optional booking QR code, provided it does not clutter the design.
These should communicate the centre’s identity and make contacting us straightforward.
2. Appointment cards
A matching, wallet-sized appointment card.
Fit as many appointment entries as practically possible across the available space, while retaining sufficient room for legible handwriting. This should function as a reusable record of several upcoming appointments.
Use a simple table with columns for:
• Date.
• Time.
• Practitioner.
Keep branding compact so most of the card can be used for appointment entries. The reverse can also accommodate entries where useful.
Include the centre’s name and telephone number. I will supply any short cancellation-policy wording to include.
Please recommend an uncoated or otherwise genuinely writable stock that works with an ordinary pen. Do not laminate the writing areas.
3. General practice leaflet
A4 flat, folded once to A5, creating four A5 pages. This is a half-fold leaflet, not a tri-fold or an unfolded double-sided flyer.
Purpose: introduce the centre, help readers identify an appropriate starting point and make choosing or booking straightforward.
This is an evergreen practice leaflet. Do not include event information, temporary offers or changing timetables.
Suggested structure:
• Front cover: strong imagery, headline, clear identification of the centre and its location.
• Inside spread: services organised around the reader’s problem or goal, with familiar treatment names and concise explanations.
• Back: booking, help choosing, classes information and contact details.
Design the two inside pages as a coordinated spread. Classes need a visible but compact overview.
Content for the general leaflet
Please use the following as the supplied copy. Minor tightening for layout is welcome, but changes to meaning or healthcare claims require my approval.
Front cover
“For your aches, your goals, your wellbeing.”
“Healthcare, talking therapies & movement classes in Lee Green.”
“Find your starting point inside.”
Include CHC Lee branding, location and website.
Inside & Back : “What would you like help with?”
New pain, injury or difficulty moving
• Osteopathy: Hands-on treatment, rehabilitation exercises and advice, with an assessment of how your body and movement may contribute to the problem.
• Physiotherapy: Focused rehabilitation for an injury or particular body area, with an emphasis on exercise, strengthening and self-management.
• Osteopathy & medical/fascial acupuncture: Osteopathic assessment and treatment, with acupuncture included where appropriate.
Hand, wrist, foot or walking problems
• Hand therapy: Assessment and rehabilitation for hand, wrist, finger and elbow problems, including recovery after injury or surgery.
• Podiatry/Osteopathy/Physiotherapy: Foot and ankle pain, walking concerns, footwear advice and insoles.
• Foot health: Routine care for nails and hard skin.
Persistent or recurring pain and symptoms
For symptoms that continue or keep returning after appropriate medical assessment.
• Integrative Osteopathy & Pain Rehab: Hands-on care alongside, Pain Reprocessing Therapy and practical strategies for managing or resolving persistent symptoms and rebuilding confidence
Emotional difficulties, relationships, fears or habits
• Counselling & Hypnotherapy: A confidential space to explore thoughts, feelings, relationships, difficult experiences and recurring patterns.
Muscular tension, relaxation or time to unwind
• Massage: Options range from gentle, relaxing sessions to firmer sports and deep-tissue work, alongside Chinese massage and light lymphatic drainage.
• Reflexology: A relaxing treatment focused mainly on the feet.
• Reiki: Quiet sessions focused on relaxation, with minimal physical contact.
Classes & workshops
“Yoga · Pilates · Tai Chi · Feldenkrais. Breathwork and Health& Wellbeing Workshops”
See current sessions, suitability and booking details online.”
Help choosing and booking
“Not sure where to start? Our online guide and reception can help.”
• Appointments and current fees: chc-lee.co.uk
• Help choosing: chc-lee.co.uk/what-should-i-book/
• Classes and booking instructions: chc-lee.co.uk/movement-classes/
Some classes are booked through their teachers, so please do not imply that everything uses one central booking route.
The information above needs thoughtful editing and visual organisation. Please do not squeeze it into tiny print. Flag any content that needs further shortening before finalising the layout.
4. Lee Green Open Studios event leaflet
A separate double-sided, unfolded leaflet, provisionally A5 or smaller ( to be inserted into the main leaflet during Event promotion)
Lee Green Open Studios is a local arts event in which people visit participating venues. This leaflet should encourage visitors to come to CHC, discover the centre and try our mini taster treatments.
It needs to communicate three distinct elements:
• The event at CHC.
• Mini taster treatments, Massages, Reflexology, Reiki
• A separate 10% discount for normal appointments available only when the visitor brings this leaflet and has a session before the 31st December 2026 – one use only
The following offer wording must be prominent:
“BRING THIS LEAFLET FOR 10% OFF before 31st December 2026”
“Valid only when you bring and present this leaflet.”
“Excludes mini taster treatments.”
The 10% discount does not apply to the tasters: their prices are already reduced. Please make the discount and the taster menu visually distinct so readers cannot mistake this for an additional discount on taster prices.
The physical leaflet is required to redeem the offer. This condition must be obvious beside the headline offer, not hidden in small print or accessible only through a QR code.
Suggested layout:
• Front: an engaging invitation to the event, essential dates/location, and a clearly visible “bring this leaflet” offer.
• Back: a readable taster-treatment menu, practical attendance and booking details, and the remaining offer conditions.
I will supply:
• Event dates and times.
• Details of what is happening at the centre.
• Participating practitioners.
• Mini taster treatments, durations and prices.
• Whether tasters need advance booking or are available on the day.
• The discount’s eligible appointments/services, validity dates and any other restrictions.
Deliverables and approval
Please include:
• Initial visual concepts before developing all four products.
• Light copy editing and recommendations on content hierarchy.
• Editable source files, preferably Canva; please state your proposed software.
• Print-ready PDFs prepared to the chosen printer’s specifications.
• Screen-friendly PDFs.
• Flat previews of all sides/pages and a folded mock-up of the general leaflet.
• Tested QR codes wherever used, alongside readable contact alternatives.
• Final checks for spelling, readability, folds, trim, margins and page order.
All healthcare wording and offer terms require my approval. Please do not introduce unsupported treatment claims, guaranteed results, reviews or credentials.
Please state in your quote
• Price for each product and the complete package.
• Number of initial concepts and revision rounds.
• Turnaround time.
• Any additional photography, image-licensing, font or copywriting costs.
• Whether print advice, printer liaison or printing is included.
• What information and assets you need from me.
• Examples of relevant folded leaflets and coordinated print projects.
The priority is visual appeal and useful content working together: materials that attract attention, explain our range clearly and make taking the next step easy.
