Project Manager (Digital Transformation & AI Delivery)
Urgent Requirement: Technical Project Manager – Oil & Gas Digital Transformation & AI Projects
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager for an international enterprise Oil & Gas technology and AI implementation project.
Mandatory requirements:
1. Project Management & Delivery Governance
• At least 8 years of project-management experience in software implementation, data management, digital transformation, or enterprise IT delivery.
• At least 3 years of experience coordinating Oil & Gas, energy, regulatory, or enterprise data/technology projects.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams (Data Engineers, AI Specialists, Full Stack Developers) and enterprise stakeholders.
• Solid track record with large-volume document digitization/extraction projects or AI/platform deployment workflows.
• Working knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery methods, RAID registers (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), decision logs, and status reporting.
• Rigorous change-control management: assessing impacts across scope, effort, schedule, quality, and technical dependencies.
• Experience preparing Project Initiation Packages, UAT coordination, Stage Gate reviews, and formal Project Closure Packages.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, or equivalent project tracking tools.
• Recognized certification: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP (strongly preferred).
2. Communication & Client Coordination
• Professional English communication skills (mandatory); Portuguese fluency is strongly preferred.
• Experience serving as the single point of contact between delivery teams, technical SMEs, and project governance.
• Availability for an online technical and management interview in English.
• Availability to join the project if the contract is awarded.
