Lead Moderator for Dallas 2026 Conference

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and professional Conference Moderator/Master of Ceremonies (MC) for the AAPSCM® Global Procurement, Supply Chain, Artificial Intelligence & Logistics Summit, taking place October 26–27, 2026, at the AC Hotel & Residence Inn Dallas by the Galleria, Dallas, Texas. This is an onsite role and MC must be on site.
The selected freelancer will moderate conference sessions, introduce distinguished speakers and international delegates, facilitate panel discussions and audience engagement, manage session transitions, maintain the event schedule, and support the Global Recognition Awards ceremony. Ideal

candidates must possess excellent public speaking and communication skills, a professional stage presence, fluency in English with a clear American accent, and proven experience moderating corporate or international conferences. Knowledge of procurement, supply chain management, artificial intelligence, or business leadership is preferred.
