Lead Generation: Mobile Numbers of Australian Property Owners

I need a lead-generation freelancer to find and validate contact details for owners of specific properties in Australia. I will supply the list of property addresses.

TASK
For each address supplied, identify the current property owner and find their contact details, focusing on a valid Australian MOBILE phone number.

PAYMENT
- Paid per validated lead: $0.20 AUD per lead
- A lead counts as VALIDATED only if it includes the owner's name and a working mobile number (verified as contactable / correct person)
- Landlines alone do not qualify, but are welcome as supplementary info
- No cap on volume — the more validated leads, the more you earn

DELIVERABLES
Spreadsheet (CSV or Google Sheet) with columns: Property Address | Owner Name | Mobile Number | Other Phone (optional) | Source/Notes

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with Australian property data sources (e.g. RP Data/CoreLogic, White Pages, property records, skip tracing)
- Data must be gathered lawfully from legitimate sources
- Accuracy is essential — leads will be spot-checked before payment
