Lead Generation Landing Page + Simple Admin Dashboard

Hi Freelancers,

I’m looking for a developer to build a clean, modern landing page designed specifically to collect potential customer information and generate qualified leads.

This is not a full website. The main goal is to create a simple, professional lead magnet with a strong call-to-action and an easy form that encourages visitors to submit their details.

Landing Page

The page should be built using HTML, CSS and JavaScript and must be fully responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile.

The design should be modern, professional and conversion-focused rather than looking like a generic template.

The landing page should include:

* Strong hero section with headline, short supporting message and CTA
* Short introduction explaining the service/value proposition
* Benefits or key service areas
* Lead capture form
* Clear success/thank-you message after submission
* Professional footer
* Mobile-first responsive design
* Good loading speed
* Basic form validation
* Spam protection

### Lead Capture Form

The form should be easy to modify, but initially I would like to collect information such as:

* Full name
* Company / organisation
* Email
* Phone / WhatsApp
* Country
* Service interested in
* Short description of what they need

The form should save submissions securely to a database.

Simple Admin Dashboard

I also need a lightweight password-protected dashboard where I can view the collected leads.

The dashboard should allow me to:

* View all submitted leads
* See submission date/time
* Search or filter leads
* Open/view individual lead details
* Mark leads with a simple status such as New, Contacted or Closed
* Delete unwanted/spam submissions
* Export collected leads to CSV/Excel

I do not need a complicated CRM. The dashboard should remain simple, fast and easy to use.

Technical Requirements

* HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript
* Clean, well-organised source code
* Responsive across common screen sizes
* Secure database integration
* Secure admin login
* Server-side validation and sanitisation
* Basic protection against spam and automated submissions
* Easy deployment to standard web hosting

PHP/MySQL is acceptable for the backend, although I’m open to another lightweight approach if there is a good reason for using it.

Deliverables

The final delivery should include the complete landing page, working lead form, database, admin dashboard and all source files required to deploy the project.

Please include examples of landing pages or lightweight dashboards you have developed before.
