We are building a small team of people who are good at connecting with others and want to work on a performance basis.
The work is straightforward. You identify people around the world who are considering buying residential property in Dubai, start a conversation, and introduce them to us. We handle everything from that point onward: the consultation, the property matching, and the transaction itself. You never negotiate, quote prices, or handle paperwork.
What we are looking for:
• You are naturally good at networking and starting conversations
• You are persuasive without being pushy, and you communicate professionally
• You have your own network, community, or audience you can reach
• You write and speak English comfortably. Any additional language is an advantage
• Prior real estate experience is welcome but not required
Who this does not suit:
• Anyone planning to mass-message, spam, or use automated outreach
• Anyone who needs steady predictable income from week one
Location:
Open worldwide. Buyers come from every market, so we have no geographic restriction.
What a qualified lead means to us:
• The person has a realistic budget for the market segment
• They are reachable and responsive
• They have a real interest in buying
• Note that we mostly work with off-plan (properties that are currently under construction)
Scope:
Ongoing. You choose when and for how long you like to work.
Compensation:
You earn a fixed fee for every introduction that results in a closed deal. A closed deal is when the costumer have paid the booking fee (usually 5-10 %) and signed documents.
The fees are significant relative to the effort involved, and there is no cap on how many introductions you can make. Performance bonus is possible and can be discussed separately.
