Title: Appointment Setter and Lead Generation Assistant for a Women’s Coaching Business (Temporary, 7 Weeks)
I am Dr. Pat Barrington, a certified life coach who helps women going through divorce, burnout, or feeling stuck find clarity, confidence, and direction. I am starting a small coaching group on December 9 and I need a dependable appointment setter to help me fill it. I already have the content, a free 14-day journal as a lead magnet, an email sequence, and a calendar booking link. I need someone to start conversations with the right women and book them for Clarity Calls with me.
Your daily tasks:
Start 25 to 30 personal conversations a day with women in my target audience on Facebook and Instagram, using my scripts
Reply to every comment and message within 24 hours
Follow up with everyone who has received my free journal
Book interested women onto my Clarity Call calendar
Send reminders so that booked women show up
Update my HubSpot pipeline daily
Send me a short end-of-day report (conversations started, replies, calls booked)
Targets:
20 Clarity Calls booked by November 20
At least 12 to 15 calls held
Required experience:
At least 1 year of appointment setting, DM outreach, or lead generation, ideally for coaches, online service providers, or faith-based businesses
Experience with ManyChat and HubSpot, or a similar CRM (a willingness to learn quickly is acceptable)
Excellent written English and a warm, respectful tone
Comfortable working from a script and a checklist
Available for at least 2 hours of overlap with US Eastern time each day
What I will give you: word-for-word outreach scripts, a daily checklist, access to the tools you need, and a weekly 15 minute check-in.
Pay: $4 to $5 per hour, 15 hours per week, paid weekly, plus $20 for every Clarity Call held (up to 20 calls).
