We are looking for experienced freelance media buyers who have a strong track record of running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, primarily targeting the US market.

We are open to media buyers with experience in Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other social or paid traffic platforms.

Most campaigns operate on CPL (Cost Per Lead) and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) models.

We are particularly interested in media buyers who understand performance-based campaigns and can optimize traffic based on lead quality, conversion rates, CPA/CPL targets, and overall campaign profitability, rather than simply focusing on clicks or impressions.

What We're Looking For

The ideal freelancer should have:

Proven experience with Facebook/Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
Experience running campaigns in the US market
Previous experience with lead generation or performance marketing
Experience working with CPL and/or CPA campaigns
Strong understanding of campaign tracking, optimization, and scaling
Ability to analyze performance data and make optimization decisions
Experience working with insurance, finance, home services, sweepstakes, or similar verticals is a strong plus
Ability to manage campaigns independently and communicate campaign performance clearly
Compensation

Compensation and payment terms are negotiable based on experience, traffic sources, campaign performance, and the proposed working model.

We are open to discussing different arrangements, including fixed, performance-based, or hybrid compensation models.
