Lead-Gen Landing Page Integration

My website is already live and working well; now I’m preparing a Google Ads campaign and I need a dedicated landing page added to the site. The single purpose of this new page is lead generation, so every design and copy choice should guide visitors toward leaving their details.
Also add a few pages on the website

What I must have on the page:
• A fully functional contact form that feeds straight to my email (or CRM if you can map it).
• A testimonials section I can edit easily to showcase social proof.

The look and feel must match my existing branding, load quickly, and display perfectly on mobile. Please integrate basic on-page SEO, Google Analytics/Tag Manager events, and any other best-practice tweaks that help the ads convert better. If you see opportunities—such as an extra call-to-action element—to lift performance, let me know and we can include them.
