Key Responsibilities
Send emails to leads and conduct consistent follow-ups based on the assigned process.
Monitor and manage leads throughout the sales process.
Keep lead information, activities, and follow-up statuses updated in HubSpot.
Use HubSpot to send emails, manage contacts, and track lead activity.
Monitor performance, follow-up activities, and lead engagement.
Ensure leads are followed up with on time and according to the required schedule.
Maintain accurate CRM records and organize lead information.
Communicate professionally with leads and respond to inquiries when needed.
Provide updates on lead activity, follow-ups, and overall performance.
Identify leads that require additional follow-up or attention.
Support other administrative or personal assistant tasks related to lead management when needed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in lead follow-up, sales support, appointment setting, virtual assistance, or a similar role.
Experience with email outreach and lead nurturing.
Hands-on experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks without constant supervision.
Detail-oriented and consistent with updating CRM records.
Proactive and able to identify tasks that need to be completed without waiting for instructions.
Comfortable monitoring activity and performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working as an SDR, Sales VA, Lead Generation VA, or Personal Assistant.
Experience with HubSpot workflows, email sequences, or lead tracking.
Familiarity with sales pipelines and lead qualification.
Experience working with US-based clients or sales teams.
Strong understanding of professional email communication.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, reliable, proactive, and comfortable managing leads independently. They should be able to balance administrative responsibilities with sales-related tasks, communicate professionally with prospects, and make sure every lead receives the appropriate follow-up.
This is not strictly a cold-calling SDR role. The position is more focused on email outreach, lead follow-up, CRM management, performance tracking, and administrative support.
