I need my Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts re-engineered so they become a predictable source of qualified leads for our technology solutions. At the moment the campaigns exist in a patch-work state; budgets drain quickly, audiences overlap and the funnel feels leaky. I’m looking for someone who can step in, streamline the structure, refine the creative and wire the tracking so every click can be traced to a sales-ready lead.
Scope of work
• Audit the current Google and Facebook setups, highlight waste, and map out a fresh, conversion-centred architecture.
• Build or reorganise campaigns, ad sets, keywords, audiences and exclusions to prevent cannibalisation and maximise reach within our tech buyer personas.
• Craft compelling copy and visual assets that speak the language of IT decision-makers, software founders and technical stakeholders.
• Design or optimise the landing experience—whether that means a dedicated lead-gen page, a multistep form or an in-platform lead ad—so the path from impression to form submission feels seamless.
• Implement end-to-end tracking with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, offline events and UTM conventions, feeding data into Google Analytics 4 and our CRM so we can measure cost per lead accurately.
• Set up automated rules and remarketing sequences that keep the funnel warm and nudge prospects toward demos or discovery calls.
Acceptance criteria
1. Campaigns go live with zero tracking errors and pass a test lead through to the CRM.
2. Within the first two weeks, CTR exceeds 3 % on Facebook and 5 % on Google Search, with a landing-page conversion rate above 10 %.
3. All ad, keyword and audience naming follows the agreed taxonomy for easy future scaling.
I’ll provide access to existing accounts, past performance data, brand guidelines and any product collateral you need. Let me know your proposed timeline for audit, rebuild and launch, plus any tooling preferences for creative (e.g., Figma, Canva) or reporting (e.g., Data Studio, Power BI).
Looking forward to seeing how you would turn these platforms into a lead engine for our tech business.
