I run a residential-and-office cleaning service and I’m ready to step up my online presence so new prospects can find us and, most importantly, reach out for a quote. My immediate focus is twofold:
1) a friendly, inviting website that reflects the fresh, tidy feeling our crews deliver every day, and
2) a marketing push designed specifically to generate leads.
Website
• The site should feel warm and approachable—nothing overly corporate—while still looking polished on both desktop and mobile.
• A prominently placed contact form is non-negotiable; it has to capture name, phone, email, service type, and preferred date.
• Clear calls-to-action on every page, quick-loading images, and intuitive navigation are essential.
• I’m happy to work in WordPress, Webflow, or another CMS you recommend, provided I can make simple edits afterward.
Marketing
Once the site is live I want a lead engine humming in the background. Think targeted local SEO, Google Ads, and simple social campaigns that funnel visitors straight to the contact form. I’m open to your recommendations on channels, creative angles, and tracking tools—as long as the plan stays laser-focused on converting clicks into booked cleanings.
Acceptance Criteria
• Live, responsive website matching the agreed friendly style
• Functioning contact form that forwards inquiries to my email and stores them in a database or spreadsheet
• Initial 30-day marketing roadmap with projected lead numbers and KPIs
• Handover session so I can manage basic updates myself
If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s chat about timelines and milestones.
