We are hiring technical expertise for two completely separate, independent projects for a government regulatory body. Bidders may apply to work on Project A, Project B, or both, but please note that these systems are standalone and will not be integrated with each other.
PROJECT A: Central Electronic Monitoring System (CEMS)
* Goal: A standalone real-time telemetry and financial monitoring platform for gaming operators.
* Core Deliverables:
* Real-time data ingestion pipelines (WebSockets, gRPC, REST APIs) connecting remote operator terminals.
* Continuous meter readings, daily financial logs, automated tax tracking, and audit trail generation.
* Automated compliance checks, real-time Anti-Money Laundering (AML) transaction flags, and self-exclusion verification tools.
* End-to-end data encryption (TLS/SSL, AES-256), HMAC request signing, and automated backup/disaster recovery workflows.
* Ideal Skills: Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), Go, Java, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL.
PROJECT B: Integrated Regulatory Management System (IRMS)
* Goal: A standalone enterprise workflow automation portal and Electronic Document & Records Management System (EDRMS).
* Core Deliverables:
* Public-facing online licensing portal for application submissions, multi-stage approval workflows, and fee payment processing.
* Centralized, searchable digital document repository (EDRMS) with strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
* Automated compliance tracking, inspection log management, and legal dispute tracking.
* Multi-tenant helpdesk/support ticketing module for operator and public queries.
* Ideal Skills: Full-Stack web development (React/Angular/Vue + Node/Python/Java), PostgreSQL/MySQL, Document Management Systems, Workflow Engines.
