Lead & Closure Management App

I run a knitted-garment factory and I want a lightweight application that lets my marketing team capture leads, record every conversation that follows, and finally mark each deal as closed or lost. The same workflow must be available on iOS, Android, and a browser so reps in the field and staff in the office all share one real-time view.

Core features I must see working:
• Lead management – quick add, edit, status change, search, simple filters.
• Conversation logging – date-stamped notes or voice dictation tied to each lead.
• Closure tracking – one-tap conversion to “won” or “lost,” with reason codes I can edit later.

A straightforward email-and-password sign-in is enough for now; role permissions can be basic (admin vs. sales user).

I’m comfortable with any modern cross-platform stack—Flutter, React Native, Ionic, or a small web backend with REST/GraphQL—so long as data syncs instantly and the UI stays snappy on slow factory Wi-Fi. Deliver the compiled mobile apps, the web build, source code, and a short deployment guide so my in-house IT can host it on our server or move it to AWS.

I will test the build by:
1. Creating a lead on Android and confirming it appears on the web within 5 seconds.
2. Adding a note from iOS and seeing it time-stamped correctly.
3. Marking the lead as closed and exporting a simple CSV report.

Hit those checkpoints and the project is complete.
