Layered PSD Creation from Image

I have an image that needs to be prepared as a layered PSD.

Requirements:

1. Split the image into separate layers in a PSD file.
2. The final canvas size must be exactly 2062 × 1134 px.
3. The inner frame must be exactly 1536 × 1024 px. It has rounded corners, so by 1536 × 1024 I mean the size of the rectangle you would get if you extended its straight edges until they intersect.

The PSD should contain the following separate layers:

1. Full-screen background.
2. Outer golden frame covering the full canvas. Everything outside the frame itself should be transparent.
3. Top frame with the decorative ornaments in the corners.
4. The H.T.T. letters only, with nothing else on this layer.
5. Stars around H.T.T.
6. Left panel — frame only, without any elements inside it and without the paw.
7. Paw as a separate layer.
8. Photos as a separate layer.
9. Upper stars.
10. Lower stars and hearts.
11. Cat in the bottom-left corner.
12. Central frame — the rounded rectangle, with the inside transparency.
13. Right panel — frame only.
14. Hearts and stars in the bottom-right corner.

For layers 2–14, everything not belonging to the specified element should be transparent.

The important part is that all elements should remain in exactly the correct positions when the PSD is opened, so that the complete composition looks identical to the reference image.
