We are a New Delhi-based litigation and disputes firm undertaking a complete rebrand following changes in the partnership. We are seeking a brand consultant, design studio or multidisciplinary freelancer to develop a cohesive brand identity, firm profile and website.
The objective is to create a modern, premium and high-impact professional identity that communicates credibility, strategic depth and a practical ability to resolve complex or sensitive situations—both in and outside the courtroom.
The firm is based in Delhi and serves clients on a pan-India basis, including corporates, promoters and founders, international clients, and government/public-sector stakeholders.
Practice positioning
The firm’s core competence lies in infrastructure-sector and commercial disputes. Its work also includes white-collar crime, pro bono matters and civil-rights work.
We want the brand to convey a boutique, assertive and solutions-oriented disputes practice, without adopting generic “traditional law firm” visual language or making impermissible promotional claims.
Scope of work
The engagement should include:
- Brand-discovery process and brand strategy/positioning.
- Naming review and architecture only if required; no name-development exercise is currently assumed.
- Logo/wordmark and complete visual-identity system.
- Brand guidelines, including typography, colour palette, imagery/art direction, layouts and digital/print applications.
- Copywriting and content structuring for the firm profile, founder profile and credentials deck.
- Design of a firm profile, founder profile and credentials/pitch deck.
- Website information architecture, UX/UI design, copywriting and website development.
- Delivery of editable source files and appropriate handover documentation.
The firm does not presently have a formal firm profile. The selected partner should therefore be able to work from underlying inputs—such as practice descriptions, founder biography, representative experience and credentials—and shape them into concise, sophisticated and compliance-conscious communications.
