You’ll be my on-the-ground representative visiting laundromats and dry-cleaners within one specific neighborhood I’ll share once we start. At each stop, start by introducing The Washr Station and explaining how steady, high-volume orders can keep their machines running at capacity.

The primary objective of every visit is to collect accurate business data before any formal signup happens. I need the current menu prices for both wash-and-fold and dry-cleaning services, any bulk-rate discounts they already offer, their normal turnaround times, and the decision-maker’s direct contact details. While you gather that information, gauge their interest in partnering and note any negotiation points for future follow-ups.

Deliverables
• A database (or Airtable table) listing each business visited, address, owner/manager name, phone, email, posted prices for wash-and-fold and dry-cleaning, plus any quoted bulk rates.
• Brief visit notes highlighting receptiveness, objections raised, and suggested next steps.
• Signed permission, if granted, to re-contact them about final onboarding.

I’ll supply a short pitch deck, a data-collection template, and talking points before you start. Your success metric is the completeness and accuracy of the pricing data and owner information for every shop in the target neighborhood.
