I’m bringing a new hardware brand to market and need a complete mobile operating system built from the ground up, ready for both smartphones and tablets at launch. Everything must feel effortless for everyday consumers: smooth onboarding, clear navigation, and responsive gestures.
Security is just as critical. I want encryption, robust permission management, and an architecture that protects user data by default. At the same time, the interface should welcome personal style—theme packs, flexible layouts, and other custom options that never compromise stability or safety.
Key objectives
• Deliver bootable images for reference phone and tablet hardware, plus a reproducible build environment (AOSP, Linux kernel, or comparable stack is fine if it accelerates delivery).
• Provide core system apps and an intuitive UI layer that looks polished out of the box.
• Document the security model, update mechanism, and customization APIs so future teams can extend the platform.
• Supply test reports proving reliability, performance, and compliance with Google Play (or equivalent) certification requirements.
I’m open to phased milestones—proof of concept, alpha, beta, and final release—and I’ll stay actively involved with feedback after each build. If you’ve shipped secure consumer-facing software before and can demonstrate deep OS-level expertise, let’s talk.
