# Project: Set Up Instagram & Facebook for Furniture Sales Across India

## Project Overview

I am a Pune-based furniture seller launching a range of furniture, initially including a wooden coffee table with a glass inset and upholstered sofas.

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to establish a professional presence on Instagram and Facebook and help me start generating customer enquiries and sales across India.

This is initially a **one-time setup and launch project**, not a long-term monthly marketing contract.

## Scope of Work

### 1. Business Account Setup
- Create or optimise an Instagram Business account.
- Create or optimise a Facebook Business Page.
- Connect both accounts through Meta Business Suite.
- Configure business contact details and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Ensure all accounts and business assets remain under my ownership.

### 2. Product Catalogue and Selling
- Set up a product catalogue with product photographs, descriptions and prices.
- Check eligibility for Facebook and Instagram Shops and product tagging in India.
- If direct shop checkout is unavailable, configure an alternative ordering process through WhatsApp or a suitable website/catalogue.
- Recommend a simple way to manage orders and customer enquiries.

### 3. Product Content
Prepare launch content using my furniture photographs, with basic editing and design where required:
- 6–9 professional Instagram/Facebook posts.
- 2–3 short Reels showcasing the furniture.
- Product descriptions highlighting design, materials, dimensions and customisation options.
- Suitable captions, hashtags and calls to action.

### 4. Sales and Marketing Guidance
- Recommend how to attract customers interested in furniture and home décor.
- Suggest a basic strategy for reaching customers across India.
- Explain how paid advertising could be used later, including a suggested starting budget.
- Provide guidance on responding to enquiries and converting them into orders.

### 5. Handover
- Provide a brief online training session.
- Explain how to upload new products, edit prices and respond to customers.
- Hand over all designs, content files and account access.
