# Hiring: Etsy E-commerce Growth Freelancer | Product Research + Meta Ads + Store Launch

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer who can help me launch and grow an Etsy store targeting international customers.

My plan is to start with just 2–3 carefully selected products, validate demand and focus on achieving profitable sales rather than listing hundreds of products.

### Scope of Work

**1. Product Research**

* Research trending, high-demand products with strong sales potential in international markets.
* Recommend 2–3 products based on demand, competition, pricing, margins and advertising potential.
* Validate that each product complies with Etsy's seller and product eligibility policies.
* Share competitor research and the reasoning behind each recommendation.

**2. Etsy Store Setup**

* Set up and optimize my Etsy store.
* Create professional product listings with SEO-friendly titles, tags, descriptions and high-quality visuals.
* Optimize product presentation and listings for conversions.
* Ensure the store and product listings follow Etsy's policies.

**3. Meta Ads Management**

* Plan, set up and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
* Develop compelling ad creatives, copy and product-specific marketing angles.
* Test different audiences, creatives and campaign strategies.
* Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS).
* Track sales, advertising costs and profitability wherever reliable attribution is available.

**4. Performance Reporting**

* Provide regular reports on ad spend, sales, cost per purchase, ROAS and estimated profit after product and selling costs.
* Explain what is working, what isn't and what changes you recommend.
* Help decide when to stop an underperforming product and when to scale a profitable one.

### Commercial Terms

I want to begin with a limited budget and scale gradually based on results.

* Experience with international markets and customer acquisition.
* A clear, practical launch strategy for testing 2–3 products.
* Transparent reporting and realistic expectations rather than guaranteed profits.
