LATAM Software Developer - Fluent English & Spanish

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer based in Latin America (LATAM) to join us for ongoing development work.

The ideal candidate is a strong developer who can communicate confidently with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members and clients.

### Requirements

- Must be based in Latin America
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Strong software development experience
- Comfortable working independently and communicating directly with clients/team members
- Able to participate in technical discussions and clearly explain development decisions
- Reliable availability and professional communication

Experience with modern web development, SaaS platforms, APIs, databases, cloud services, or AI-related development is a plus.
