LatAm - Lead AWS Data Engineer

As a Lead, you will own the end-to-end execution of data strategies, moving beyond execution to define the "how" and "why" of our data solutions. You will collaborate intimately with clients to translate business requirements into scalable AWS architectures, overseeing the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud platforms. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring Senior and Junior engineers, ensuring code quality, and implementing best practices in data governance and security.
