LATAM Full-Stack Web App Developers

I’m putting together a long-term team of talented software developers based in Latin America to build and evolve a new customer-facing web application. The project covers the full stack, so you’ll be taking features from concept through polished user interface, robust business logic, and reliable APIs.

The immediate goal is to release an MVP that delights end-users and proves product-market fit; after that we’ll iterate continuously, adding functionality, scaling the architecture, and refining performance. Because this is a sustained collaboration, clean code, thoughtful pull requests, and proactive communication in English or Spanish are all essential.

Tech stack is still flexible—I’m open to your recommendations on frameworks, databases, and cloud services—but the solution must be modern, secure, and easy to maintain. Expect regular sprints, code reviews, CI/CD, and a product mindset.

Deliverables at each milestone will include:
• Fully tested, deployable code for both front-end and back-end
• Clear documentation (setup, environment variables, API contracts)
• Brief release notes summarizing what changed and why
